How much do NAD+ injections cost? Read the whole bill

Compare initial charges, renewals, membership fees, and the amount actually supplied.

Two NAD+ offers can show similar monthly prices while charging very different amounts at checkout. One may require a multi-month payment. Another may add a membership. A third may quote a vial whose duration depends on the prescription.

A fair comparison starts with the total payment and the period it covers. The figures below were checked on September 19, 2026, and are advertised starting amounts or estimates rather than personalized quotes.

The useful takeaway

Compare the complete initial payment and the ongoing cost separately.

The current provider price snapshots

CoreAge Rx displayed $99 per month on its linked offer and $93 starting on its separate product page. That discrepancy needs confirmation. AgelessRx advertised $79 for the first month on a three-month plan billed in full, then $149 per month.

IVY RX advertised a $179 starting amount with use-varies wording. Its headline alone does not establish a universal monthly cost. These amounts buy differently described offers and should not be used as a simple cheapest-to-most-expensive ranking.

Membership can change the comparison

Eden advertised medication from $91 for the first month plus a required $39 introductory membership, totaling $130 in those starting components. The membership then renews at $99 per month, with medication separate. The medication renewal amount must be confirmed.

Hone Basic listed an estimated $165 monthly NAD+ medication cost plus $25 membership and a $25 one-time onboarding charge. That suggests $215 initially and $190 in a later month before optional consultations or prescription changes. An estimate is not a guaranteed bill.

Write down the payment dates

Ask what is charged today, what is charged next, and when each charge occurs. A monthly equivalent can be a useful way to describe a multi-month purchase, but it should not hide the amount you pay upfront.

For example, a price of $100 per month billed three months at a time means a $300 payment for that period. This is an arithmetic example, not an offer from a reviewed provider. If the first month is discounted, obtain the actual combined charge rather than guessing how the discount is applied.

Account for the whole service

A prescription may involve consultation, medication, supplies, shipping, follow-up, or membership. A clinic may price evaluation and administration separately. A pharmacy quote may exclude the prescriber’s fee. Decide which services you actually need before comparing totals.

Do not assume insurance, Medicare, or an HSA/FSA will reimburse a particular purchase. Confirm eligibility with the relevant plan or administrator and request documentation. An accepted payment card is not a coverage determination.

Protect the decision from a cheap headline

Ask what happens if you are not approved, cancel before shipment, receive an unusable delivery, or discontinue after dispensing. Refund rules for an appointment may differ from rules for a dispensed medicine. Save the terms that apply when you buy.

Use the transparent-pricing shortlist and pharmacy checklist together. Lower cost does not resolve a missing clinical assessment or unclear dispensing source.

Your comparison worksheet

For each quote, record these fields before making a decision. If a field is missing, ask the provider to supply it rather than filling it with a competitor’s terms.

For more dated offer examples, compare Strut’s refill structure, Shed’s different delivery formats, Invigor’s current bundle, and Drip Hydration’s subscription wording. Each review distinguishes a public starting figure from a completed, prescription-specific quote.

For a broader set of current price structures, compare Brello’s renewal calendar, Effecty’s annual prepayment, Ivím’s membership, Mochi’s current catalog, Nuform’s four-month kit, and TRT Nation’s minimum purchase. The reviews keep the initial cash payment, medication quantity, and recurring terms separate.

  • Total due today and the exact period purchased.
  • Next renewal date and amount, including membership.
  • Product, quantity, and expected supply under your prescription.
  • Consultation, supplies, shipping, and follow-up charges.
  • Cancellation, decline, and damaged-shipment policies.
