When you use our contact form, your name, email address, selected topic and message are sent through EmailBump to this publication’s inbox so we can read and respond. Your email address is used as the reply address. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.

PostHog is configured to create profiles for anonymous visitors. Meta may associate visits with a Meta account. Browser settings and blocking tools can limit collection.

When you follow a link, the destination website applies its own privacy policy. CoreAge Rx links contain campaign parameters identifying this site and the referring article or location guide. They do not contain a name, email address, medical history, or account identifier collected by this site.
