The current catalog lists three different formats
The longevity page displays NAD+ injection starting at $135, nasal spray starting at $83, and topical cream starting at $54. These are starting medication figures. The cards do not, by themselves, establish the exact quantity, duration, or final price of the prescription selected for you.
Ask the provider to identify the formulation, supplied amount, and intended route before comparing it with another brand. Membership is an additional line in the budget
The page shows a regular monthly membership of $79 and a $39 first-month promotion for eligible new subscribers, with availability limits. It explicitly excludes medications and diagnostic services from membership. The introductory membership figure therefore is not the price of receiving NAD+ treatment.
If a $135 medication charge applied to a one-month supply alongside the regular $79 membership, the two components would total $214 before any other applicable service. That is a conditional illustration, not a verified checkout quote. Confirm medication duration and fees before using that arithmetic in a comparison with another plan.
Ask what carries over from an existing account
Someone already using Mochi may have a different incremental cost from a new subscriber. Ask whether the existing membership permits the proposed longevity consultation, whether additional diagnostics are required, and how the pharmacy charges appear. Do not assume a second membership is needed or that all additional treatment is included.
Also clarify how canceling medication affects membership billing. It is possible for access fees and prescription orders to operate on different schedules, so obtain instructions for each component. The consultation checklist includes questions about follow-up, state eligibility, and pharmacy contacts. A broad menu and a familiar app are useful only if the care arrangement works for your actual needs.
Do not read the longevity label as a proven outcome
The current catalog identifies compounded preparations and acknowledges that they are not FDA-approved for a specific indication. Language about biological pathways and regeneration should not be interpreted as proof that the product extends life, treats a diagnosed condition, or reliably improves everyday concentration.
